Anyone who can be onsite in Berlin from June 25–29, 2025, and is legally allowed to volunteer in Europe is welcome to apply.
We're open to all backgrounds, experiences, and skill levels. If you're excited to help and ready to jump in, you're exactly who we're looking for.
How does it work?
You'll be part of a flexible volunteer pool available throughout the event.
To get ready, you’ll join:
A 30-minute online intro call in May
A 1-hour onsite briefing on June 25
Each day, you’ll get assigned tasks like setting up rooms, helping at the info desk, supporting catering, or jumping into spontaneous needs. In between, you’re free to explore, attend sessions, and enjoy the event.
